I promote personal responsibility - this is the key to a happy and successful life.
Image if crime did not cost the taxpayer a penny? Image if we gave criminals a bill to cover the costs of the police, courts and their stay in prison? We spend £9 billion per year on prisons, £25 billion on the police. This money could be spent on education and the NHS.
